Barclay
Barclay

Consultant

I set up All Answers in 2003 to help students with the problems I experienced when writing my own essays all those years ago! I'm proud to have a great team of people at AA, each dedicated to helping you get the best degree possible – regardless of how good or bad your writing skills might be! Aside from that, I love reading and writing about God and the scientific processes at play in the blissful and peaceful experience of God. In 2015 I'm setting up a charity to help more people come to God in whichever way they choose. I also enjoy running my business consultancy, and doing all the usual outdoor things to keep fit and healthy! Thanks for reading and God bless.

My day-to-day tasks involve working closely with not only the team leaders but all members of staff to make sure we achieve our goals as a company, which is ultimately to be the world's leading academic support website. Every day is different for me at All Answers, which is why I enjoy working here so much. I can spend one day in meetings; the next day I will be making lunch for the whole company. I believe that a happy positive workforce produces excellent results.

I completed my degree in English Literature with Film and Television studies in 2014. From there, I qualified as an English teacher, gaining my PGDE in the Further Education sector. While I loved teaching, I ultimately decided that it wasn't for me. I joined UKDiss in March 2016 and spend most of my time checking briefs within the subjects I studied, but my role also allows me to read more widely in related disciplines and learn new things. I am working towards a Master's degree part-time alongside my UKDiss duties. Outside of work, I spend most of my time reading or having lengthy Netflix binges. I also love travelling to new places, listening to live music and impulse-buying soft furnishings.

Josh
Josh

Quality Control Representative

Hi I'm Josh. I graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Law (LLB) Degree in 2015 and have found myself in a variety of roles, gaining experience in conveyancing, logistics and marketing. Most recently I was lucky enough to have the chance to to become part of the UKDiss Quality Control team. I focused on areas at university such as the Law of Armed Conflict, Company Law and Legal Ethics and look forward to expanding my knowledge further. I spend most of my down time consuming unhealthy amounts of TV, creating drawings of questionable originality and getting unreasonably annoyed at video games. In between these, I dabble in creative writing and herding my poor friends through games of D&D.

Ciaran
Ciaran

Quality Control Representative

I'm Ciaran and I've been a member of the QC team for 6+ years. My academic background is chiefly in English Literature, with interests extending into the social sciences, history and philosophy: I aim to be a perpetual learner in the Humanities and beyond, and so checking all kinds of work in all of our subjects over time has been greatly in aid of that, as well as giving ample opportunity to indulge in writing-related pedantry as the team's most fastidious proofreader. Outside work I'm an enthusiast for video games and virtual reality, shamanism and occultism, creative writing and theatrical drama: I've performed in various amateur productions across all genres, and regularly serve as a voluntary duty officer at the theatre when not involved in plays. Among my favourite literary authors are Aldous Huxley, Robert Anton Wilson and Stephen Donaldson. As an ardent artist, actor and academic, I look forward to much more time engaging with the company, and with the broader realms of knowledge and imagination.

Robin

Sam
Sam

Hi, I'm Sam and I hold a Master's degree in International Relations. I've been working here since late 2014 and spend the majority of my time quality-checking briefs in the social sciences department. This has helped broaden my knowledge in numerous subject areas that I'm interested in. Outside work, I enjoy playing badminton, squash and tennis. I also enjoy watching old cartoons, online gaming and going to gigs.

Dev Ops

I've been in the IT industry for more than 30 years. My roles have involved software development, system administration, network administration and IT management. My job is to maintain and evolve our IT infrastructure both on site and in "the cloud" and to develop new productivity tools as well as being involved in day to day software development. Out of work, I spend a lot of my time supporting my son, who is an ice dancer at the National Ice Centre Figure Skating Academy, which means getting up at 3:30 or 4am several days a week to get to the ice rink for my son's training sessions, plus more sessions in the early evenings. There are also frequent trips to other rinks for competitions. Not too arduous a task really as I love the sport, being a former ice dancer myself in my youth. I also love Rugby, American Football and Ice Hockey, supporting the Leicester Tigers, Pittsburgh Steelers and Nottingham Panthers. I've recently taken up playing the electric guitar and I am enjoying trying to play classic rock, metal and blues. What I lack in skill, I make up for in enthusiasm. I'm also a massive geek with my own IT infrastructure at home to play and practice on.
