I paid but it’s still showing as outstanding, why is this?

Any payments made via Bank Transfer are not automatically added onto our database as these accounts need to be manually checked. Once notification has been received and the payment has been confirmed we manually add on the payment, and you will receive a message to notify you that it has been received.

If you've made payment by another method but haven't had successful notification of payment received, check to make sure your payment was completed and get in touch with us.
